Our boy Dylan named all our
foals this year so if you have small children you probably be able to
figure out what shows he watches on Noggin and/or who his favorite train
or dinosaur is!
"Daisy" is our continuation of the great cross
between Classic Cobalt Blue & Shy Anne Thistle. She just keeps growing and
getting better & better. Look at her new pictures above, she has almost
grayed out completely and has a humongous hip and wonderful overall cut to
her. Like all the others, Daisy taped out at 10.2H and ~130lbs at birth and
at 2 months she was 12H & ~375#. Our last measurement had her at almost
14H and ~600lbs. She'll definitely be our early filly futurity entry for
this year and if she keeps coming on like she is - she'll be going to the
Bayer Select WS!
"Minnie"
~ APHA ~ N/N ~ Gray Solid Filly
Classic Cobalt Blue x Dee Chic
Bonanza
Minnie @ 2 weeks old
Minnie @ 11 weeks old
Minnie is really coming on and
looks to be just an outstanding filly. She's really shedding out to a
beautiful rose gray and has the most wonderful neck & topline. Like all the
Blue foals, she's going to be very tall plus she's starting to fill in
nicely.

"Too Tall
Thomas" ~ AQHA ~ N/N ~ Gray Colt
Classic Cobalt Blue x Obvious Envy
(by
Obvious Conclusion)
Thomas @ 2 months old
We thought Thomas was going to
stay a sorrel colt when he was born and for the first few weeks afterwards -
but much to our surprise he is shedding out gray. We couldn't be more
excited about this! He's also built like "Thomas the Tank Engine", his
namesake. He's going to make somebody just fabulous individual with his huge
hip and front end. He's a very curious and friendly guy also. He's still
shedding, so we'll get
some more pictures once he's done.
2009 Foals ~ Duns Cool Powder
Perlino Stallion
"Spike" ~ AQHA/APHA ~ Smoky Black Colt
Duns Cool Powder x Imperial
Chalklit
Dylan's at it again, naming
this colt after his incredible walking dinosaur. In his new pictures
(the 2 on the right) you can really see him shedding out black! At an
early age, he has a really nice cut to him and a great head with those
little ears! You can also see his dam - our 16.1H black daughter of
Lad's Imperial, so you know this guy has loads of Halter and Performance
blood!
